Estimated time of arrival is not always secured when it comes to pre-order items. For pre-order items, shipment is arranged based on payment sequence mainly. That is, first paid, first shipped. Also shipment of pre-orders tops that of in-stock orders. Generally, we do not accept changes of the pre-order items.

In Stock – means we have it on hand and will ship it and get a tracking number to you within 24 hours.

In Stock, Available for Backorder – means we have already reserved this product and are waiting for it to be delivered from our suppliers, which can take up to 14 days.  Ships out to our customers within 24 hours of being received by us.

Available for Backorder – means this is an in stock item with the manufacturer which can be special ordered.   Usually ships within 14 days, limited and special orders excluded.  Ships out to our customers within 24 hours of being received.

Out of Stock – means that this product is no longer available to us or has been discontinued or out of production.
